A naturally occurring plant-based insecticide, 'pyrethrum', is extracted from Chrysanthemum flowerheads from sustainably sourced independent farms in Kenya. The extract is blended with anti-moth essential oils from May Chang, Lavender, cedarwood, patchouli, laurel, rosemary, clove and thyme. This small but potent spray is invaluable in killing adult winged moths, larvae and eggs. It is effective when sprayed onto patches where the moth, larvae or eggs are evident. It works upon contact.

When should I use moth spray? 
It would be best to use this whenever you become aware of moth activity. Spray directly onto the affected area and leave the room for four hours; it is still an insecticide, so sensible precautions are necessary. To further protect your rugs, please use a moth box. How do I use it?
As it is an insecticide (natural), it is still quite potent, so wear a mask. Remove Aquatic life, as it is unsafe for them. 

For best results, close doors and windows and draw any curtains. Use the 'moth spray' around the edges and pay attention to concealed dark areas, under a cabinet or sofa, for example. If any rug area is not regularly walked upon or vacuumed, then that is the area you should pay the most attention to. Remove Aquatic life, as it is unsafe for them. 

Pyrethrum is highly light sensitive, so after 4 hours, open the curtains, windows and doors to allow the residue to evaporate.

Ideally, wait another 4 hours before closing the windows and doors and reusing the room as the room will be safe to use.

What else can I use to help prevent moth infestation?
The simple answer is regular maintenance and cleaning; disturbances will likely discourage the moth. Realistically, however, they will find those darkened spaces and multiply. So having gone to the trouble using the Moth Spray. I thoroughly recommend the use of the 'moth box.'

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 calendar days from the day after you receive all goods in an order. Once you've cancelled an order you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Once the returned goods have been received then we will arrange a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be securely packaged in weatherproof material (i.e. strong plastic)

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
